Day 3 - Jesse

Today is a much better day! I found vegan roll up bread that is amazing! I put some raw chopped veggies added some mustard and garlic salt.... Lunch my friends was fantastic! 
The Iron supplement still tastes like ass, but I am in a much better place today.
I think I am going to have to add in additional Vitamin B because I am still feeling tired. 
I think I wanna live at Linsea's place though, that hummus looks amazing!

  2. the ass tasting Iron supplement......Yuck! Before there was such a thing many a vegan thrived on REAL food. Two Iron superstars worth getting to know: Dulse Flakes - this is a sea vegetable in a bag and you sprinkle the flakesin salad, soup, etc (whole foods) it tastes salty so less need for salt and has a TON of Iron. 2) Raw Pumpkin seeds - again just toss in the mix of any veggie medley and blam! Iron time! a little less, but still somewhat of a star....Kidney beans and black beans. Seriously. Enjoy what you eat otherwise vegan will seem like a punishment rather than a beautiful rewarding journey :)
