Day 2- Jesse

All I have to say is this... Going Vegan is tough! I am tired like crazy and cranky! It seems that no matter what I eat I am starving an hour later. 

My friend Ro ate a cheese burger today. I was sadden by my innate thought of ripping it out of her hand. What really gets me though is this... every time she would burp, I could taste it! I'm gross I know. 

Sami is making dinner tonight, I will post pics later and let you know how great it was!
